“Tipov” bread

Preparation:

  1. Mix water, sugar, yeast and 1 tablespoon of flour. Stir and let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
  2. Pour the swollen yeast into a bowl and gradually add the flour while stirring all the time. The finished dough should be thick and sticky.
  3. Cover the dough with a towel and let it simmer for 1 hour.
  4. Transfer the dough to a greased pan and sprinkle it with a small amount of flour.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes in a preheated 200 degree oven. Put the finished bread in a semi-open oven for 10-20 minutes.
