Einkorn seed bread

Preparation:

  1. Mix yogurt, baking soda and vinegar. Stir and set aside until bubbling
  2. Sift flour and salt and mix with the liquid mixture. Stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained and add the remaining products. The finished dough should look like a cupcake dough.
  3. Pour it into a greased pan.
  4. Bake for about 1 hour in a preheated 200 degree oven.
