Easter bread with raisins

Preparation:

  1. Beat the eggs, sugar and milk until the sugar is melted. Add the oil and salt.
  2. Mix flour with yeast and add the liquid mixture. Knead the dough, form a cake about 1.5 cm thick. and spread with melted butter.
  3. Fold the cake into an envelope, expand and grease. Repeat 4-5 times until fat is over.
  4. Allow the dough to simmer for about 2-3 hours, then add the raisins and divide it into 6 balls. Wrap two insects and let them boil again.
  5. Sprinkle the eggplant with protein and sprinkle with plenty of sugar. Bake in a cold oven just below at 170 degrees for about 15 minutes. Then turn it on and off without increasing the temperature. Bake until ready.
