Bulgarian donuts

Preparation:

  1. Sift the flour into a bowl, add the remaining products to it and knead the dough.
  2. Put the dough in a large greased and flour-covered pan. Wrap it with a towel and let it sit.
  3. Once the dough is loose, cut it into small pieces
  4. Stretch each piece to the desired shape (it should be thinner in the middle).
  5. Dip the donuts into the hot oil.
  6. After floating, cool with a fork to sink and hold until it inflates. Fry until golden.
  7. Serve with cheese, sweet, honey or powdered sugar.
