Preparation:
- Sift the flour into a bowl, add the remaining products to it and knead the dough.
- Put the dough in a large greased and flour-covered pan. Wrap it with a towel and let it sit.
- Once the dough is loose, cut it into small pieces
- Stretch each piece to the desired shape (it should be thinner in the middle).
- Dip the donuts into the hot oil.
- After floating, cool with a fork to sink and hold until it inflates. Fry until golden.
- Serve with cheese, sweet, honey or powdered sugar.
