Dark flour that is used for the preparation of the so called type of Tipov bread at home, as well as for the preparation of some dietary and low-calorie types of bread. The finished products are lower volume, small and uniform porosity, characteristic color and aroma. Typical flour is rich in minerals and B vitamins, as well as a number of mineral salts and very useful fiber.
