Preparation:
- Beat the eggs and sugar until whitened.
- Add olive oil and baking soda dissolved in vinegar.
- Gradually add the sifted flour. Knead the soft dough (it should not stick).
- Shape into walnut sized balls and arrange them in a baking tray. You can press the balls with the bottom of a glass or a fork to give them a more interesting shape.
- Bake for about 10-15 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven. Finished honey should be gold and soft to touch.
