Preparation:
- Dissolve yeast in warmed milk, add sugar and 2 tablespoons. flour. Stir and wait for it to burst.
- Beat the eggs with salt and sifted flour. Add the liquid mixture, knead the dough and let it simmer for 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into 2 balls. Cut each ball to a thin crust, brush with melted butter, sprinkle with half of the cheese and fold in half. With a knife, make cuts every 4 cm as a comb. Turn the coils and roll in opposite directions.
- Put the rolls in a baking tray lined with baking paper and let them boil again for 1 hour.
- Grease with the remaining butter, beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with seeds.
- Bake until ready in a 180 degree preheated oven.
