Sift the flour into a bowl. Make a well in the middle and pour in the olive oil, salt and yeast. Add a small amount of water and knead the elastic dough.
Grease the dough with olive oil and let it simmer for about 30-40 minutes.
Whisk the garlic and add the olive oil and the chopped rosemary.
Roll out the dough in a rectangular shape and press small fingers with the tip of your fingers.
Grease the dough with the finished mixture and let it simmer for another 20-30 minutes.
The focaccia is baked for about 15 minutes in a preheated 200 degree oven.
