Topaz Mel is the biggest mill complex in Bulgaria and it is among the most modern in Europe.
It covers an area of 83,000 square meters in the land of Tserkovski village, Karnobat Municipality.The region has longstanding traditions in grain cultivation, milling and baking. Historical chronicles dating back to the Middle Ages show that the flour of Karnobat mills has been the subject of lively trade all over the country, being renowned for their high quality. The glory of the old master millers spread in all corners of Bulgaria.
