Preparation:
- Break the eggs and mix them with sugar.
- Add the sifted flour, cinnamon, baking powder and cinnamon.
- Stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- Cut 2 apples into small pieces and add to the dough.
- Slice the remaining 2 apples into thin slices.
- Pour the finished dough into a greased round pan and arrange the apples on top.
- Bake for about 1 hour in a preheated 200 degree oven.
