Three laboratories have been built and equipped as part of the mills that carry out a full analysis of grain and mill products (physicochemical parameters and rheological properties). The control over the technology is continuous; the parameters of the incoming material, the manufacturing process and the expedition are monitored. A small bakery has also been built where the quality of the processed flour is tested.
The work of the “Innovation” department is directed towards maximum customer satisfaction and offering new products. As a result of the constant and strict control Topaz Mel customers receive flour with consistently high quality. To ensure its high quality in accordance with the requirements of the European Union in 2006 Topaz Mel introduced a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points certificate HACCP and ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal and Kosher.
