The control over the technology is continuous; the parameters of the incoming material, the manufacturing process and the expedition are monitored. A small bakery has also been built where the quality of the processed flour is tested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The work of the &#8220;Innovation&#8221; department is directed towards maximum customer satisfaction and offering new products. As a result of the constant and strict control Topaz Mel customers receive flour with consistently high quality.
